Refund policy

At Studio 6 we provide the service of custom photography. This includes booking your time to shoot, taking your unique photos, viewing photos, signing an order form and retouching. Due to these factors, we can not offer a refund or cooling off period, whether it be on our sitting fee, gift vouchers or orders currently placed.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on photoshoots and/or retouching. If you are not happy (within reason) with photoshoot, hair, makeup or retouching we can redo the photoshoot or redo retouching with your suggestions (within reason) at no extra charge. 

Any photos and framing do come with a warranty xxx if there is any damage on receipt or a degrading of photos please contact us to work out if a replacement can be provided.
